Big White Ski Resort operates a wide range of hospitality outlets, ranging from cafeterias and daylodges to fine dining establishments. In addition, they hold events, including an annual wine tasting nights, gourmet ski week and international ski and biking events. I develop creative advertising, menus, rack cards, flyers and signage.
